What if you have more than one bidder? 
Brilliant!  Thats a great position to be in.  Pinpoint will maintain communications with all parties until either bidding reaches a natural end, or ask you to make a call on it if we feel that it is going beyond the point that the purchasers mortgage surveyor will accept as being worth it.  After all, if it doesn't survey up, a mortgage company won't lend and you might lose your buyer and risk having lost the underbidder too.
