Whether a scheme is a single/multi block of apartments or mix scheme tenures (a mix of apartment blocks and houses), we can deliver an excellent service.  Our role as managing agent is to provide support and advice for;


Developers for new build schemes
Schemes already built and directors/shareholders not happy with their current managing agent. 

Our team is experienced in all aspects of property related matters and we understand the many facets required to ensure with our support on behalf of developer/directors  we deliver an excellence service and value for money on services required.  Each scheme will receive a bespoke service which meets their needs on:

Legal and administration support: Setting up new Companies/reviewing covenants in titles etc and assisting owners with defective titles.

Financial services: Preparing service charge budget, end of year reconciliations and account information for owners

Health & safety: Placing appropriate maintenance contractors on electrical and automation machinery

Maintenance & repairs: Arranging maintenance services and at hoc repairs required for a scheme

Insurable needs: Placing insurance for buildings, communal areas, engineering polices, directors & officers’ insurance etc

Company secretarial: Filing returns, preparing AGMs and minutes of meetings -  client communication.
