Pinpoint Property are looking for an experienced HR / Finance Administrator to become an essential member of our Finance team.
This role is to cover Maternity Leave for an initial 6 month contract and the successful candidate must be available to take up the position early December 2017.
The main duties of the role are as follows;
- Monthly payroll for just under 30 staff using Sage 50 Payroll including NEST pension administration and HMRC returns as and when required including RTI submissions
- HR duties; letters to staff, Saturday rotas, holiday tracking, administer employment contracts, submit fair employment survey information
- Accounts duties on Sage 50 Accounts including creation of sales invoices, posting purchase invoices, bank reconciliation, and debtors and creditors reports
- Block Management; administer accounts on VT transaction system, liaise with maintenance department and apt owners as required, compile annual budget and review costs against budget throughout year
