The team at Pinpoint helped us buy our first house. We originally were looking at a house that was nearly perfect for us but not quite right, but when we went to the viewing for it Richard showed us a different house nearby, which we instantly fell in love with as it was even better than what we thought we could afford. The process was a long and difficult one, due to legal circumstances outside of the control of anyone at Pinpoint. Have only been a tenant with Pinpoint Property for matter of months - from viewing the house with lovely informative staff, my ideal house to rent. Was told everything from the beginning and was beyond happy. Had an issue with my shower and somebody was out that day and next morning. Jason being brilliant help with this. Have dealt with other estate agents in past who may have to chase to sort issues but not the case here. Mentioned that the back alleyway was overgrown and woke up week later to find it had all been gutted out. Communication is brilliant with company and all staff I’ve dealt with. Like many people, i am quick to complain about poor service, especially when I'm paying for it. However this time i wanted to thank yourself, Kelly and more generally Pinpoint for an exemplary service throughout the period it took to sell my father's house. We were very well advised throughout the selling process on how to best present the house and for what price we should hope to achieve, within the time period we expected. Pinpoint kept me informed and updated regularly by both phone calls and emails on every aspect of the process meaning my family and I could relax and 'enjoy' the whole experience.
